Drive creative strategy and testing for Meta ads at a boutique agency serving 8-9 figure DTC brands.
- Own development of performance-driven creatives (UGC, VSLs, statics) and iterate based on data.
- Must-have: at least 1 year in a creative strategy role for ecommerce/DTC and a solid analytics mindset.
- Standout: direct client collaboration and efficient production with creators and editors.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop performance-driven creative concepts for Meta ads (UGC, Mini VSLs, long-form VSLs, statics, etc..)
- Analyze ad performance and iterate creatives based on data
- Brief and collaborate with creators and editors to execute concepts efficiently
- Help improve creative systems and testing processes
- Communicate progress, results, and updates directly with clients
Requirements
- At least 1 year experience in a creative strategy role for ecom / DTC brands
- Strong understanding of consumer psychology and direct-response advertising
- Solid analytical background, ability to read data and identify patterns inside Meta ad accounts
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment
