Own the creative direction lifecycle from market insights to performance-driven iteration for direct response ads targeting US consumers.
- Anchor on market and audience insights to shape hooks, angles, and offers.
- Partner with editors and designers to package scripts and visuals that move performance metrics.
- Close the loop with data feedback to continuously sharpen creative direction and profitability.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Youâll research the market, study customers and competitors, find strong angles, write creative briefs/scripts, work with editors/designers, review ad performance, and help us produce creatives that actually drive profit â not just ânice-looking ads.â
Requirements
- DTC / eCommerce
- Paid social creatives
- Direct response / VSL
- Hooks, angles, offers, and customer psychology
- US market behavior
- Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and ideally Axon/AppLovin creatives
- How to read performance data and turn it into better creative directions
Preferred
- If youâre strong at creative strategy for DTC brands and you know how to create ads that sell
