Coordinate and streamline creative operations across print, digital, and multimedia, ensuring assets, schedules, and vendor communications move smoothly while supporting Creative Directors and the mission of EWTN.
- Operations & Asset Management: organize photos, archives, and equipment usage to keep campaigns on track.
- Cross-Department Campaign Support: liaise with teams to coordinate multimedia campaigns and Adobe design work.
- Vendor & Workflow Excellence: manage invoices, shared workspaces, and ongoing project movement for timely delivery.
