Job Summary

Drive branded custom promotional design and coordination for Boston Beer’s POS and collateral, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to deliver compliant, print-ready materials.

  • Own design and production of custom promotional materials (menus, banners, posters, case cards) and coordination with vendors.
  • Must be enrolled in a Bachelor's program and available for 6-month coop (July–Dec 2026).
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate with print vendors to ensure high-quality POS.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Create, design, and deliver world class custom promotional services (menu cards, banners, posters, case cards etc.) to our internal (sales/office) and external customers (distributors).
  • Create and design custom items that reflect our brand strategy to encourage product purchase.
  • Display strong attention to detail on one's own work
  • Using strong communication skills, build rapport with internal contacts (sales personnel and office employees) and external customers (wholesalers, vendors, etc.) by providing answers to questions and solutions to problems.
  • Work directly with print vendors to ensure high quality printing and delivery of point-of-sale (POS).
  • Digitally enhance artwork/images supplied from accounts (bars, etc.) for use on custom orders.
  • Duplicate orders to customer specifications.
  • By own initiative, consult with Legal on liability issues to ensure promotional pieces are compliant with any state/federal restrictions, trademarks, etc.
  • Organize custom orders for packaging, including completion of all appropriate shipping information.
  • Work as part of a team to ensure all jobs are turned around within the set department expectations.

Requirements

  • Must be a student currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program
  • Must be able to commit to a 6 month Co-Op Cycle – July to December 2026
  • Must be able to commute 3 days a week to Seaport Area in Boston, MA, (Tuesday – Thursday) and work remotely with wi-fi connection (Monday & Friday).

Preferred

  • Student resumes must include a link to an online portfolio.
