Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage multiple website projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion, adherence to budget, and compliance with quality standards.
  • Work closely with clients, developers, and designers to gather project requirements, define project scope and timelines, and provide regular updates on project progress.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and IT, to deliver integrated projects that meet deadlines, stay within budget, and achieve high-quality results.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and financial reports.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and contractors to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Address and resolve technical issues related to WordPress, Shopify, and other eCommerce platforms, working closely with developers and designers to implement effective solutions.
  • Ensure all projects adhere to best practices for SEO, accessibility, and user experience.
  • Manage website maintenance and updates, including security updates, bug fixes, and content revisions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Web Design, Computer Science, Marketing).
  • 2-3 years managing multiple website projects, demonstrating proficiency in overseeing complex web development initiatives.
  • 2-3 years of experience with WordPress, including familiarity with customizing themes and plugins, and troubleshooting technical issues.
  • 2-3 years of experience with Shopify or other ecommerce platforms, including familiarity with product management, payment processing, and shipping integrations.
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, strong attention to detail and communicate effectively with clients and team members.
  • Understanding of web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and accessibility guidelines (ADA).
  • Experience with project management tools such as Teamwork, Asana, Monday, or similar platforms.
  • Solid understanding of UX principles.
  • Excellent communication abilities, both with clients and within team environments.
