Job Summary

Own the visual storytelling engine for CCDH across campaigns, digital properties, and events, turning dense research into shareable graphics and video while coordinating external partners.

  • Drive rapid-response visuals and event branding by coordinating internal teams and external partners.
  • Shape CCDH’s visual identity across websites, reports, and campaigns to boost accessibility and audience reach.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead the organization’s creative output across campaigns, communications, research, fundraising, websites, and events
  • Develop creative concepts from initial idea through final execution, creating highly engaging, digital-first content that expands the reach and impact of CCDH’s work
  • Design graphics, video, websites, and multimedia content across social media, campaigns, reports, and fundraising
  • Work across the organization to turn complex ideas into compelling visual storytelling and identify opportunities for highly shareable content
  • Support rapid-response communications by producing high-quality creative under tight deadlines
  • Lead creative support for virtual and in-person events, including branding, presentations, photography, videography, and AV coordination
  • Commission and manage external creative partners and vendors when needed
  • Maintain and continue developing CCDH’s visual identity across all external communications

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in graphic design, creative, multimedia, or digital design
  • A design portfolio demonstrating exceptional work across social media, digital campaigns, video, and brand
  • Experience developing creative from concept through execution, with a strong understanding of what captures attention and drives engagement
  • Exceptional design skills and creative judgment, with the ability to produce high-quality work at pace
  • Experience collaborating across teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects
  • Experience designing websites and landing pages using Figma or similar design tools
  • Understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and digital best practices

  • Agency experience
  • Motion graphics or animation experience
  • Experience supporting live and virtual events
  • Experience working across international organizations or campaigns
