Job Description

Responsibilities

Shooting photo and video content for hospitality concepts
Recording interview style and podcast style content
Design social media graphics, flyers, menus, and promotional assets
Edit short-form video for Instagram, TikTok, Reels, and ads
Maintain brand consistency across all client platforms
Assist with creative concepts for campaigns, launches, and events
Plan, schedule, and publish content across platforms
Write captions, hashtags, and community engagement responses
Monitor performance and optimize content based on analytics
Coordinate content calendars across multiple clients

Requirements

2+ years experience in digital marketing, social media, or agency environment
Strong graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe, or equivalent)
Experience editing short-form video
Knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and emerging platforms
Excellent organization and time management
Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities
Strong communication and professionalism

Preferred

Experience in hospitality, nightlife, or lifestyle brands
Influencer marketing or PR background
Paid social or ad experience
Photography or content capture experience
Familiarity with Meta Business Manager, scheduling tools, and analytics
