Own end-to-end performance creative production for paid social and display across platforms, collaborating with strategy, media, and analytics to test and optimize assets while scaling AI-powered workflows.

  • Lead design of platform-ready static and motion assets for paid media
  • Drive A/B testing and brand-adaptive creative across campaigns

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Design high-performing static and motion ad assets across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and Google Display 360.
  • Produce short-form video cutdowns (e.g., 30s to 15s/6s) tailored to platform specs and conversion goals.
  • Adapt existing campaign templates and create new creative concepts from briefs.
  • Edit and repurpose existing video and visual assets into platform-ready ad units.
  • Partner with creative strategy, media, and analytics teams on A/B tests that generate actionable insights.
  • Maintain brand consistency while adapting the client's visual identity across audiences and placements.
  • Manage a concurrent workload of multiple active projects, communicating proactively on timelines and status.
  • Actively test and bring new AI-powered design tools and workflows into the team's day-to-day production.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of design experience with a clear focus on performance marketing or digital advertising.
  • A strong portfolio featuring paid social, display, and campaign work — portfolio strength matters more than years of experience.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Hands-on experience with AI design tools and workflows (Claude preferred; ChatGPT and other AI creative tools a plus).
  • Experience designing within established brand guidelines.
  • Comfort with basic video editing in addition to static design (static is the majority of the workload).
  • This is a senior individual-contributor design role, not a creative director or managerial position.

Preferred

  • Advertising agency and/or large enterprise experience.
  • Genuine curiosity and hands-on experimentation with emerging AI creative tools.
  • Familiarity with creative analytics or performance dashboards.
  • Motion graphics or video editing depth (a plus, not the core focus of the role).
