Drive live events storytelling by writing presenter scripts, talking points, and brand activation narratives for live events.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Write and refine presenter scripts, talking points, and narration for live events, meetings, and brand experiences
  • Translate creative concepts and client objectives into clear, compelling, audience‑focused storytelling
  • Ideate, develop, and write proposals for brand activations that align creative vision with business goals
  • Adapt writing style and tone to suit different speakers, audiences, and event formats
  • Collaborate with creative and production teams to ensure content aligns with visual design, staging, and show flow
  • Edit and polish content based on internal feedback and client revisions
  • Support additional written materials including concept narratives, outlines, and internal presentations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Journalism, Marketing, Creative Writing, Theater, or a related field
  • Strong writing skills with a clear, confident, engaging voice
  • Proven ability to write long‑form content intended to be spoken aloud
  • Comfort incorporating feedback and refining work through multiple rounds
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
  • Interest in live events, experiential marketing, storytelling, or performance‑based communication

Preferred

  • Experience with public speaking, theater, performance, or scriptwriting
  • Familiarity with experiential marketing, events, or brand storytelling
  • Ability to quickly understand complex ideas and translate them into engaging, accessible language
  • Exposure to business and/or automotive subject matter
