Job Summary

Drive content-led pipeline growth using AI-enabled workflows across multiple platforms for a fast-moving digital marketing agency.

  • Must-have: Own Qualified Inbound Opportunities from organic content and social channels.
  • Standout: Deep multi-platform fluency (2+ core platforms) with measurable growth signals.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own the primary KPI: drive Qualified Inbound Opportunities from organic content per quarter, defined as sales qualified opportunities that originate from or clearly cite via qualitative data, organic content or social media channels and enter pipeline within the quarter.
  • Build and manage a rolling 30, 60, 90 day content roadmap aligned to product priorities, SEO opportunities, demand gen initiatives, and founder positioning.
  • Ensure 100 percent of content assets include a clear objective, defined ICP, documented distribution plan, defined success metrics, and a next step CTA.
  • Grow subscribers or followers on at least 2 priority platforms while maintaining no more than a 5 percent decline in average reach per post as pipeline contribution increases.
  • Maintain or improve engagement rate and increase meaningful ICP interactions month over month.
  • Deliver a monthly performance report outlining what worked, what did not, and specific changes being implemented.
  • Operate deeply in at least 2 core platforms such as YouTube, LinkedIn, X, or Instagram, continuously optimizing hooks, titles, thumbnails, format structure, cadence, and CTAs.
  • Run structured experiments around packaging, posting cadence, and format with documented hypotheses and results.
  • Write clear edit briefs, direct thumbnail and title strategy, and own final QA before publishing.
  • Maintain an organized clip tagging and content repository system for reuse and leverage.

Requirements

  • Put “AI is cool” as the first line of your cover letter or subject line, or your application will not be reviewed.
  • Demonstrated experience directly driving pipeline or revenue from organic content, not just engagement metrics.
  • Deep operational fluency in at least 2 primary platforms such as YouTube, LinkedIn, X, or Instagram, with examples of measurable growth.
  • Proven ability to run structured content experiments and make data driven decisions monthly.
  • Advanced AI power user. You actively use AI for research, ideation, drafting, analytics, workflow design, and repurposing.
  • Experience building documented systems, SOPs, and repeatable content workflows.
  • Ability to operate independently in a remote, high accountability environment.

Preferred

  • Have worked with Founders/CEOs and managed media brands
  • Strategic systems thinker who understands how content ladders to revenue and can design engines, not just campaigns.
  • Platform fluent operator who understands algorithm mechanics, packaging psychology, and audience behavior beyond theory.
  • Ships fast and iterates fast.
  • AI native workflow builder who uses AI to create leverage and efficiency, not shortcuts or generic output.
  • Strong cross functional influencer who can coordinate across teams without formal authority.
  • High standards for creative quality and performance.
  • Comfortable making calls, killing ideas, and defending experiments with data.

Benefits

  • Medical, dental and vision insurance after your first month of employment
  • 401k with 100 percent match up to 4 percent of your salary
  • $50K life insurance policy, paid 100 percent by the company
