Job Summary

Own the build and leadership of a new Creative Content Department, aligning client strategy with scalable production across social, web, and SEO channels.

  • Growth Infrastructure: Establish workflows, publishing calendars, and day-to-day production, then scale with a growing team.
  • Client & Channel Strategy: Develop content strategies with clients and drive multi-channel deployment across social, websites, blogs, and email.
  • Operations & Talent: Oversee shoots, coordinate suppliers, manage multiple projects, and mentor junior creatives toward department growth.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Build the Creative Content Department from the ground up.
  • Develop department workflows, production standards, and scalable systems.
  • Meet with clients to develop content strategies and monthly content calendars.
  • Plan and direct recurring batch photo and video shoots.
  • Personally create, organize, write, schedule, and publish client content until team growth supports delegation.
  • Coordinate photographers, videographers, editors, and creative resources.
  • Manage multiple client projects and delivery schedules.
  • Build long-term client relationships and provide concierge-level service.
  • Collaborate with leadership on the department's long-term vision.
  • Help clients leverage content across social media, websites, blogs, email marketing, and SEO.
