Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of scalable B2B demand generation strategies aligned to business and revenue objectives.
  • Provide strategic guidance to regional and brand marketing teams on campaign planning, execution, and channel activation.
  • Design and manage end-to-end digital campaigns across paid search, social media, programmatic advertising, email marketing, and websites.
  • Drive MQL and SQL generation, pipeline growth, campaign ROI, and overall marketing performance.
  • Oversee paid media programs including Google Ads, LinkedIn, Search, Programmatic, and retargeting initiatives.
  • Lead campaign testing, optimization, and performance improvement through data-driven decision making.
  • Partner with digital experience teams to improve website conversion journeys and digital engagement.
  • Lead conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives using A/B testing, behavioral analytics, and personalization strategies.
  • Develop and scale lead nurture and marketing automation programs that accelerate buyer journeys.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing stakeholders to establish lead scoring, lifecycle management, and campaign handoff processes.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in demand generation and/or digital marketing within B2B services or hybrid technology-service organizations.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in marketing, ideally within a shared services or multi-brand environment.
  • Deep understanding of B2B buyer journeys, lifecycle marketing, lead scoring, and sales alignment.
  • Demonstrated experience across paid digital channels, marketing automation, lead nurturing, SEO, CRO, and analytics platforms.
  • Strong experience managing and reporting on marketing-attributed pipeline, revenue impact, and ROI.
  • Proven ability to work effectively across global teams, regions, cultures, and time zones.
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing digital marketing teams.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
  • Strong commercial mindset with a focus on growth and measurable business outcomes.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related discipline.

Preferred

  • Certifications in platforms such as Google, Meta, and LinkedIn are highly desirable.
