Original Job Description

Position Summary This position will assist the Corporate Partnerships department during Buffalo Bills Training Camp in a variety of ways, including but not limited to; cultivating relationships with corporate partners, executing sponsorship elements, creating a best-in-class hospitality experience, engaging with fans and other duties as assigned. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the Corporate Partnerships team to execute sponsorship elements during the duration of Training Camp. This includes but is not limited to signage installment, execution of VIP experiences, brand activations, product samplings and special event management. Take part in pre-practice preparation, in-practice implementation, and post-practice duties in relation to corporate hospitality and partnership fulfillment. Manage and coordinate a variety of hospitality elements. Coordinate with other departments on team practice initiatives as assigned. Promote a positive fan experience and work as a team. Job Requirements Strong desire to pursue a career in sports partnerships. Availability to work all Buffalo Bills Training Camp practices and select special events. Ability to work and collaborate in a team environment. Maintain a high level of integrity and ethics, both professional and personal. Utilize superior communication skills. Be timely, punctual and maintain a professional appearance and demeanor. Physical Requirements Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods Working in outdoor elements that include high temperatures, low temperatures, wind, rain, and snow. Working in a noisy environment. Movements include bending, kneeling, squatting, throwing, pushing, and pulling The salary for this position is $16.00/hour. The expected duration is July 2026 – August 2026 This role is approximately 20 hours each week.
