Job Summary

Owns a global communications program driving employee engagement and external reputation across internal and executive messaging, crisis response, PR, and social storytelling while coordinating cross-functional partners to attract and retain talent.

  • Internal & executive communications: ghostwriting memos and speeches, coordinating all-hands and newsletters, and shaping leadership storytelling.
  • External & employer-brand activation: PR programs, awards submissions, Glassdoor presence, and Life at Claroty content for social channels.
  • Cross-functional leadership: partner with HR, product, sales, CX, and regions to align engagement, talent attraction, and crisis readiness.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Internal Communications
  • Channel Management: Manage and optimize our internal tools and systems for sharing company news and updates to drive employee engagement and knowledge sharing
  • All-hands & Town Halls: Coordinate and moderate company all-hands and town hall meetings
  • Announcements & Newsletters: Create and distribute newsletters and other company-wide announcements
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with HR/Talent Acquisition, as well as team leads across all core business functions and regions, to identify and support employee engagement and talent acquisition needs and opportunities throughout the company
  • Executive Comms: Serve as a strategic partner to the C-suite, ghostwriting internal memos, speeches, and video scripts
  • Crisis Comms: Support highly time-sensitive crisis communications situations as needed
  • External Communications
  • PR: Work with PR agencies, primarily in Tel Aviv and occasionally the U.S., to drive media coverage that raises awareness of Claroty as an industry leader and great place to work within key talent pools
  • Awards: Lead submissions for “Best Places to Work” lists and industry awards to validate our standing as an employer of choice

Requirements

  • Industry Experience: 5+ years experience in internal or external communications in the enterprise/B2B technology industry
  • Organization: Strong project management skills with meticulous attention to detail and an ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects with a sense of urgency and focus
  • Writing: Excellent writing skills across a wide range of content types, including announcements, newsletters, executive speeches and talking points, contributed articles, media commentary, video scripts, slide decks, and more
  • Comprehension: Ability to take complex subject matter and make it accessible and compelling to different audiences
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build relationships and collaborate with geographically dispersed and culturally diverse teams
  • Collaboration: Experience working cross-functionally with key stakeholders at the executive level and across all areas of the business (HR/talent, product, sales, partners, customers, investors, etc.)

Preferred

  • Experience working with cybersecurity and/or high-growth companies
  • PR/communications agency experience
  • Familiarity with Tel Aviv media landscape and employer branding strategies/tactics in the region
  • Experience using media monitoring platforms such as Meltwater
  • Knowledge of basic video editing, photography, or design tools for visual content creation
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field
