Job Summary

Own multi-channel copy that drives business goals and adapts brand voice for B2B and B2C, working with designers and internal partners to turn concepts into on-brand, error-free materials.

  • Collaboration and standards: align with stakeholders and designers to deliver on strategy with consistent voice
  • Quality at speed: review, proofread, and refine materials to meet deadlines and maintain brand integrity

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Create copy to support key company initiatives across multiple channels, including email, digital and print advertising, collateral, social media, video, and both B2B and B2C communications
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure creative work aligns with business goals and messaging objectives
  • Collaborate with designers to develop concepts and deliverables that strengthen and support the brand
  • Review and proofread marketing materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, and error-free execution
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the company’s markets, products, and services
  • Uphold and adapt brand voice across businesses, audiences, and channels, shifting appropriately between long-form informational copy and shorter, more promotional marketing copy, as well as varying tones and formats across digital and print media

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required from an accredited university, along with 3–5 years of professional experience
  • Demonstrated success developing persuasive marketing and sales copy across print, email, digital advertising, web, and related channels
  • Experience translating brand standards, including voice, tone, and grammar guidelines, into effective market-ready messaging
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with creative teams and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality work on time and on strategy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to confidently present and advocate for creative work to stakeholders
  • Collaborative, curiosity-first mindset, especially when responding to feedback from internal stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to independently manage deadlines and work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong knowledge of AP Style and The Chicago Manual of Style, with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent writing, proofreading, and editing skills
