Responsibilities

• Join the Ramsey Solutions marketing team and help more people find trusted experts who serve them well.
• As a Copywriter, you'll craft high-impact, short-form copy like emails, landing pages, ads, and podcast scripts that guide customers toward the right help at the right time.
• You'll write in a fast-moving, collaborative environment where your work directly shapes customer decisions and real-life outcomes.

• Partnering with marketing and growth teams to optimize copy based on performance data.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience writing marketing and advertising copy.
• A portfolio and/or work samples to share.
• Your work demonstrates strong brand stewardship with a bias toward writing in a conversational human voice, tone, and language, with an ability to adapt to different styles.
• Your writing experience includes organic and paid media, social, email, landing pages, video scripts, and other communications.
• You develop messaging that drives measurable outcomes, including engagement and revenue.
• You partner with marketing and growth teams to create and optimize paid media copy based on performance data.
• You're used to working in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment, giving and receiving feedback.
• You actively use AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude in your writing workflow.

Preferred

• Preferred experience with ChatGPT, Claude, or other LLMs.
