Responsibilities

• Develop compelling, on-strategy copy for HCP and DTC audiences across channels, including: websites and landing pages, email campaigns, digital ads and social media, print and sales materials
• Translate complex clinical and scientific information into clear, engaging, and compliant messaging
• Ensure all claims are accurate, properly supported, and aligned to source materials
• Reference and annotate copy against approved source documents, including: clinical studies and published literature, Prescribing Information (PI), Important Safety Information, Core claims documents and reference decks(ISI)
• Maintain clear referencing within deliverables (e.g., annotated manuscripts, reference guides, or copy decks) to support MLR review
• Collaborate with account, strategy, design, and medical/regulatory teams to ensure alignment with brand objectives
• Incorporate and respond to Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) feedback accurately and efficiently
• Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, tone, and guidelines
• Participate in brainstorming and concept development for campaigns and initiatives
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Requirements

• 3+ years of copywriting experience, preferably within a pharmaceutical, healthcare, or agency environment
• Proven experience writing for both HCP and DTC audiences
• Strong understanding of FDA regulations and MLR processes
• Experience working with referencing and annotation of claims in pharma marketing materials
• Ability to simplify complex medical and scientific concepts
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

• Experience working within a digital marketing or advertising agency
• Familiarity with pharma workflows
• Experience across multiple therapeutic areas
