Responsibilities

  • Team up with your art partner to dream up big ideas that actually solve the client's goals
  • Always be on the hunt for fresh, attention-grabbing ways to bring copy to life
  • Keep everyone in the loop—whether it's other writers, freelancers, vendors, or editorial teams—so nothing gets lost in translation
  • Really get your audience: what they care about, what drives them, and what makes them click
  • Run your day-to-day like a pro, but know when to loop in your manager for the big calls
  • Guide and mentor junior writers, helping them level up along the way
  • Bring smart, strategic thinking to campaigns—not just clever lines
  • Write confidently and independently (you've got this)
  • Keep an eye on the details—fact-checking, annotations, and overall quality control—so everything is accurate and polished before it goes out the door

Requirements

  • 6+ years of advertising experience, with exposure to pharmaceutical advertising preferred
  • Familiarity with healthcare copywriting, AMA style, and medical/legal/regulatory submissions
  • A portfolio ready for submission
