Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own and centralize content planning: Manage cross platform calendars, scheduling, and distribution to ensure consistency, efficiency, and alignment with business priorities and tentpole moments.
  • Translate insights into strategy: Analyze platform performance, audience behavior, and social listening data to identify trends and develop recommendations that improve content effectiveness.
  • Drive continuous optimization: Partner with creative, marketing, and cross functional teams to refine content approaches based on data backed insights.
  • Elevate reporting and visibility: Build structured reporting frameworks that clearly communicate performance, learnings, and strategic recommendations to leadership.
  • Support executive decision making: Package insights into concise, high impact updates that help leaders understand social’s contribution to audience growth and brand momentum.

Requirements

  • A strategic mindset with the ability to connect data, content, and business priorities into cohesive plans.
  • Experience managing social content calendars, workflows, and cross functional coordination.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort turning platform data into clear insights and recommendations.
  • Excellent communication skills, especially in synthesizing complex information for executive audiences.
  • A proactive, organized approach that brings clarity and accountability to fast moving social environments.

  • Ability to perform work and resolve straightforward problems within established procedures with moderate supervision
  • Understanding of when to seek guidance for unforeseen problems
