Job Description

Drive operational support and market intel for the Jewelry Product Marketing team to enable launches and cross-functional work.

  • Operational support to the Jewelry Product Marketing Team (60%).
  • Manage and respond to daily requests from distribution networks and corporate teams.
  • Support all Product Managers in daily tasks and ad-hoc requests.
  • Define and update Marketing tools (product news, launch plans, mapping books).
  • Coordinate the animation of the Jewelry Ambassador Community with Product Managers.
  • Collect and synthesize network feedback.
  • Regularly monitor e-commerce content alignment with product strategy.
  • Support quarterly GIA inventory checks and certificates management.
  • Assist with presentation building and Excel reporting.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships within Cartier NA and HQ.
  • Requirements: Minimum 3 years in marketing, merchandising, or business analysis.
  • Strong Excel skills and ability to coordinate transversal projects for the category.
  • Proactive, autonomous project management with high attention to detail.
  • Curiosity for monitoring competition and best practices.
  • Prefered: Interest or prior experience in high-end luxury industry.
