Job Summary

Own cross-network coordination and asset delivery for FOX’s affiliate ecosystem, ensuring on-air schedules, programming announcements, and marketing materials stay aligned with internal teams and external partners.

  • Bridge: Relay clear programming, promos, and asset updates between FOX networks, affiliates, and internal stakeholders.
  • Calendars & assets: Maintain calendars, distribute announcements, and support Creative Services with promo guidance and branding.
  • Co-Op operations: Assist Affiliate Co-Op Media day-to-day tasks and coordinate asset requests for station media buys.

Job Description

  • Act as liaison between FOX Network and 70+ Broadcast Affiliates, coordinating with station reps.
  • Serve as primary contact for local Program Directors and Creative Services Directors, answering inquiries and sharing assets while maintaining regular contact via phone and email.
  • Monitor and verify station schedules to ensure FOX programming airs as planned and collect station clearance forms.
  • Maintain up-to-date personnel and market information across internal documents.
  • Collaborate with Programming liaisons for Entertainment and Fox News Edge to create programming announcements and update calendars.
  • Distribute information to broadcast affiliate clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Support station Creative Services Directors with promo guidance, materials distribution, and tracking marketing efforts.
  • Build compelling sales decks with strong visual storytelling and branding.
  • Support day-to-day operations for the Affiliate Co-Op Media program, drafting communications and coordinating asset requests and delivery.
  • Provide additional support for Broadcast Distribution & Marketing as needed (phones, calendars, projects, etc.).
  • 1-2 years in media or related field; entry-level business experience acceptable.
  • Exceptional knowledge of MS Office; strong written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Local TV station experience a plus; college degree preferred.
  • Strong detail-orientation and organizational skills; ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
  • Self-starter, proactive, able to work independently; overtime available as needed.
