Responsibilities

• Manage and execute digital marketing campaigns for a portfolio of clients simultaneously.
• Research, identify, and measure the impact of digital marketing efforts in coordination with client teams.
• Campaign Development and Optimization: Conceptualize, implement, and refine omnichannel digital campaigns to boost awareness, drive traffic, and secure conversions for a variety of clients.
• Quality Control: Ensure all content is on point, on-brand, mint condition, error free, and optimized for platforms.
• Project Management: Efficiently manage numerous digital projects at the same time, ensuring seamless coordination across internal and external cross functional teams.
• Industry Trends: Stay abreast of AI and content marketing technologies, industry trends, and best practices in digital marketing and social media, integrating new strategies to drive continuous improvement.
• Build Relationships: Communicate with clients to provide updates on campaign performance and make recommendations for future campaigns.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, public relations, communications, or equivalent experience required
• Minimum 5 - 7 years of demonstrated excellence in digital marketing, social media, or political campaign management
• Hands-on, end-to-end expertise with all major social media and programmatic advertising platforms, including but not limited to: Meta, X, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, StackAdapt, The Trade Desk
• Experience with WordPress or similar web development and management tools
• Experience with email marketing and social listening platforms including but not limited to Campaign, Brandwatch, Meltwater, or similar
• Excellent project management skills to oversee tasks and ensure timely deliverables
• Ability to interpret data, derive actionable insights, and optimize strategies for maximum impact
• A knack for creative thinking and adept problem-solving abilities
