Job Summary

Own content where technical topics become reader friendly for multiple brands, coordinating email, blog, and site assets with reliable quality and on-time delivery.

  • Content Ownership: Write, edit, and adapt across blogs, case studies, landing pages, and emails for varied audiences.
  • Industry Translation: Translate complex tech into clear messaging while preserving accuracy.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with designers, strategists, and account managers to hit campaigns and content goals.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Write clear, engaging, and accurate content for blogs, case studies, websites, landing pages, email campaigns, presentations, and other marketing materials.
  • Research technical industries, products, competitors, target audiences, and services to create informed and credible content.
  • Responsible for executing email campaigns, including strategy, writing, building, and deploying emails aligned with brand goals and messaging.
  • Translate complex technical information into clear, reader-friendly messaging while maintaining accuracy.
  • Adapt writing style, voice, and tone to reflect multiple client brands and industries.
  • Edit and proofread content for grammar, clarity, consistency, and style.
  • Collaborate with designers, strategists, and account managers on campaigns and content needs.
  • Stay current on content marketing trends, AI-assisted writing tools, SEO/AEO best practices, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Support content planning and brainstorming sessions with creative ideas.
  • Assist with miscellaneous marketing and administrative projects as needed.

Requirements

  • Degree in English, Communications, Creative Writing, Marketing, or related field required.
  • Professional writing experience, freelance writing experience, internship experience, or strong academic writing background.
  • Exceptional written communication skills with strong grammar and proofreading ability.
  • Ability to learn unfamiliar industries and write confidently about technical topics.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to make technical subjects interesting.
  • Positive attitude, ambition, coachability, and willingness to support the team beyond core writing tasks.
  • Marketing agency experience is a plus, but not required.
