Responsibilities

Create and develop TikTok skits, short-form videos, Reels, and social media content
Brainstorm funny, creative, relatable, and culturally relevant content ideas
Write and develop skits for other people to perform
Direct talent during filming to get the right performance and delivery
Film and capture high-quality short-form video
Edit content into engaging, attention-grabbing finished videos
Stay aware of TikTok trends, sounds, memes, slang, and urban culture
Produce a high volume of quality content consistently
Turn everyday business, community, lifestyle, and real-world situations into entertaining content
Help develop recurring skits, characters, concepts, and content series

Requirements

Creative and naturally full of content ideas
Knowledgeable about urban culture and current social media trends
Someone who understands what's funny, what's current, and what makes people stop scrolling
Familiar with TikTok, Reels, Shorts, and short-form video
Able to develop skits and scenarios from scratch
Comfortable directing other people on camera
Capable of producing multiple pieces of quality content consistently
A strong storyteller with an eye for entertaining content
