Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise-wide CSC implementation across marketing teams and agency partners
  • Operationalize CSC by assessing and mapping current-state workflows and identifying gaps
  • Translate enterprise CSC frameworks into business-ready execution models
  • Align technical (core) and marketing (promotional) content into a unified workflow
  • Ensure adoption of enterprise platforms including Adobe Workfront, AEM Assets, Frame.io, CCMS and Firefly Services
  • Design and execute change management strategies tailored to marketing use cases
  • Lead onboarding, role-based training, and enablement for global teams and agencies
  • Drive adoption of CSC tools, processes, and standards
  • Identify adoption barriers and implement solutions to improve engagement and usage
  • Maintain a positive and encouraging approach during transformation and change

Requirements

  • - Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, Information Systems, or related field
  • - Extensive experience in marketing operations, content management, or digital marketing
  • - Strong understanding of marketing workflows and content lifecycle
  • - Proven experience leading change management and transformation initiatives
  • - Experience working across global, matrixed organizations
  • - Hands-on experience with platforms such as Adobe Workfront, AEM Assets, Frame.io, or similar
  • - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
  • - Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
