Responsibilities

• Plan and execute social media strategies across Xiaohongshu (RED), Instagram, and TikTok
• Create engaging short-form video content, including room tours and lifestyle storytelling
• Manage end-to-end content production: ideation, shooting, editing, and publishing
• Appear on camera for video content and participate in livestreams to engage audiences
• Develop and launch marketing campaigns to drive leads and conversions
• Analyze content performance and optimize based on data insights
• Stay up to date with social media trends, platform algorithms, and student housing market insights

Requirements

• Strong understanding of Xiaohongshu (RED), Instagram, and TikTok trends and algorithms
• Proven skills in content creation, video shooting, and editing (editing is required)
• Proficient in tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or Final Cut Pro
• Comfortable and confident appearing on camera and hosting or participating in livestreams
• Creative, proactive, and able to execute ideas independently
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and campaign planning
• Background in Media, Communications, Marketing, or related fields preferred

Preferred

• Experience in real estate, student housing, or lifestyle content
• Bilingual in English and Chinese
• Experience managing or growing social media accounts
