Job Description

Responsibilities

Lead and execute the firm’s social media strategy across LinkedIn and Instagram.
Create clear, engaging written and visual content for digital channels, newsletters, attorney profiles, web pages, and marketing materials.
Translate legal subject matter into accessible thought‑leadership content.
Produce and edit short‑form video content for social media and digital campaigns.
Design marketing assets using Canva and Adobe Creative tools.
Maintain the website through CMS updates and coordinated content schedules.
Track and report on content and campaign performance to guide future strategy.
Partner with attorneys, business development, and marketing leadership on firm-wide initiatives and events.
Occasional travel and occasional evening availability for events required

Requirements

5+ years of experience in content creation, social media, or digital marketing (professional services experience preferred).
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
Hands-on experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Cloud, and video editing tools.
Graphic design capabilities and a portfolio showcasing social, digital, and visual work.
Experience managing website content and using CMS platforms.
Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working in a professional, fast-paced environment.
