Job Summary

Drive Roku’s Content publicity by leading integrated PR campaigns, executive briefings, and cross-functional storytelling for Roku Originals and sports initiatives.

  • Own and coordinate integrated publicity campaigns across broadcast, trade, radio, and digital media.
  • Draft and distribute press materials to secure impactful coverage for Roku’s Content business.
  • Serve as a central liaison among talent, agencies, studios, and Roku executives.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Execute and support integrated publicity campaigns across broadcast, trade, radio, and digital media in support of Roku Originals
  • Draft and distribute press materials including press releases, blog posts, etc. to secure impactful coverage for Roku’s Content business
  • Oversee all collateral materials including coverage reports, go-to-market decks, and campaign recaps to support both internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Provide executive communications support, including preparation and briefing for media interviews
  • Lead partner communication as it relates to FAST channels and sports licensing deals
  • Serve as a central communicator/liaison across talent, agency partners, production studios, agents, and internal executives
  • Coordinate press initiatives and experiences including mailers, set visits, etc
  • Support internal and external industry events including film festivals, screenings, and client events
  • Partner cross functionally with marketing, social, and content programing teams to ensure alignment across all launches
  • Participate in overall PR planning and strategy ideation as it relates to Roku’s content business

Preferred

  • Studio or agency experience preferred; 2 years industry experience otherwise
  • Enthusiasm for and a pulse on pop culture
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills
  • Maturity to engage with talent and talent representatives on behalf of Roku
  • Managing sensitive information and communications with high discretion while maintaining accessibility
