Job Summary

Own the content calendar and drive end-to-end production while coordinating across teams to ship high-volume, high-quality content.

  • Own the rolling content calendar
  • Coordinate cross-functional production pipelines and agency partnerships

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Content calendar and operating rhythm. Own a rolling content calendar that tracks each piece, its owner, its date, and its status, and keep everyone on schedule against publish dates.
  • Content creation. Write and edit clear, credible content across formats, including blog posts, briefs, social copy, and newsletters. Produce strong first drafts of your own and polish others' work to a publishable bar.
  • Content production. Turn research and ideas into finished pieces. Run the production pipeline end to end, moving drafts through editing, design, and review so nothing stalls.
  • Coordination cross-functionally. Pull content together across everyone involved. Brief and manage our agency, partner with the research team to translate their work for broader audiences, and keep the VP's priorities moving through the pipeline.
  • Shipping at volume. Keep a high, consistent cadence of published content without letting quality slip. You're the reason the content engine keeps producing.
  • Repurposing and distribution. Reuse and adapt content across channels and formats, and partner with our social lead to get each piece in front of the right audience.
  • Blog and website. Publish to the blog, manage the publishing process, and make website updates, including copy changes and media asset updates.
  • Notion teamspace. Keep our marketing teamspace current so everyone can rely on it as the single source of truth for content status, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Measurement and reporting. Track how content is performing on reach and engagement, and report on it so we can double down on what works.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of B2B marketing or content experience, ideally at a technical company working on developer tools, AI infrastructure, data infrastructure, or similar
  • A strong writer with clean prose, even on technical topics, who can produce competent first drafts that don't need rewriting
  • Proven content production; you've owned a content calendar and shipped at volume without letting quality slip
  • Strong project management instinct; comfortable running multiple pieces and workstreams in parallel without dropping balls
  • Experience coordinating across stakeholders, including agencies and subject-matter experts such as a research team
  • Self-starter mentality so you can take an objective, build a plan, and run with it without waiting for direction
  • Curious about AI and ML. You don't need to be a researcher, but you should be able to engage credibly with our research team and translate their work for broader audiences
  • Comfortable in Notion, Slack, and modern marketing and content tooling

Preferred

  • Experience managing a content agency or external creators
  • Familiarity with AI-driven content workflows and modern publishing automation
  • Experience supporting founder-led or executive content programs
  • A track record of running technical product or research launches end to end
  • Experience producing across formats, including video, graphics, and long-form

Benefits

  • 100% covered health benefits (medical, vision, and dental).
  • 401(k) plan with a generous 4% company match.
  • Unlimited PTO policy
  • Paid Parental Leave of 12 weeks, plus 6 months of WFH flexibility.
  • Annual $2,000 wellness stipend.
  • Annual $1,000 learning and development stipend.
  • Daily lunches and snacks are provided in our office!
  • Relocation assistance for employees moving to the Bay Area.

DatologyAI

DatologyAI builds tools to automatically select the best data on which to train deep learning models. Our tools leverage cutting-edge research—much of which we perform ourselves—to identify redundant, noisy, or otherwise harmful data points. The algorithms that power our tools are modality-agnostic—they’re not limited to text or images—and don’t require labels, making them ideal for realizing the next generation of large deep learning models. Our products allow customers in nearly any vertical to train better models for cheaper.
