Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage all Shopify product setup, page creation, collection structure, navigation, blogs, and ongoing content updates across multiple enterprise storefronts.
  • Own product merchandising and/or collaborate with enterprise partners on: naming conventions, categories, tags, sorting logic, cross-sells, upsells, and featured placements.
  • Partner closely with the Creative Team to brief, organize, and populate e-commerce assets (photography, graphics, banners, PDP visuals).
  • Write and/or collaborate with clients on product descriptions, landing page copy, announcements, and brand-aligned messaging.
  • Ensure every shop follows consistent UX and performance standards.
  • Maintain SKU accuracy, metafields/metaobjects, product variants, sizing charts, and custom program attributes.
  • Plan and execute content updates, Shopify theme refreshes, promotions, and campaign rollouts.
  • Oversee content QA to ensure accuracy, broken-link checks, formatting consistency, mobile responsiveness, and content integrity.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations team(s) on launch timelines, new features, and enterprise requirements.
  • Track content performance (CTR, PDP engagement, bounce, search behavior) and recommend improvements based on data.

Requirements

  • 3 - 4+ years experience managing content and merchandising on Shopify.
  • Excellent eye for layout, hierarchy, and premium digital presentation.
  • Highly organized, comfortable managing many products, programs, and content updates simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with metafields, Shopify admin tools, and e-commerce best practices.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and obsessed with creating seamless customer experiences.
