Job Summary

Drive end-to-end in-person content production for a personal-brand founder, turning scripts into cinematic visuals and owning shoots from planning to publishing.

  • Own end-to-end production: plan shoots, scout locations, coordinate guests, direct on-camera sessions, and hand off to editors.
  • Must-have: 2+ years producing content for personal brands / founders and ability to own full production cycle.
  • Standout: Willingness to travel internationally and create premium, cinema-grade content with fast delivery.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Content Direction & Ideation: Take AI-generated scripts and turn them into visual concepts
  • Decide what content deserves in-person production
  • Plan weekly content shoots (3–5 pieces)
  • Create shot lists, formats, and creative direction
  • Production & Logistics: Scout and book locations (rooftops, offices, luxury spots, etc.)
  • Coordinate guests, clients, and podcast interviews
  • Plan shoot days so they run flawlessly
  • Handle all equipment, setup, and logistics
  • Filming & On-Set Direction: Direct me on camera (energy, pacing, delivery)
  • Film high-quality content (or manage additional videographers)
  • Capture cinematic B-roll and storytelling elements
  • Ensure we get 3–5 strong pieces per shoot
  • Post-Production Handoff: Organize footage with clear structure + notes
  • Hand off to editor with clear creative direction
  • Review and refine final outputs before publishing
  • Travel & Content Capture: Travel with me (Miami, Dubai, Europe, events)
  • Capture content at Masterminds, Client sessions, Live events
  • Adapt quickly to fast-moving environments
  • Weekly Workflow: Monday planning + location scouting; Tuesday coordination + prep; Wednesday shoot day; Thursday optional second shoot / B-roll; Friday handoff + review

Requirements

  • 2+ years producing content for personal brands / founders
  • Experience working with $1M+ revenue creators or businesses
  • Strong cinematography + storytelling ability
  • Ability to own full production cycle independently
  • Deep understanding of:
    - YouTube
    - Instagram
    - Short-form content
  • Based in Miami OR ready to relocate immediately
  • Able to travel internationally
  • Own professional equipment (or willing to invest)

Preferred

  • You understand YouTube growth & algorithms
  • Experience in Miami or Dubai content scenes
  • Podcast production experience
  • Background in high-ticket / premium brands
