Job Summary

Own the end-to-end short-form content process for social platforms, from ideation and trend-spotting to shooting, editing, and collaboration on campaign concepts that grow reach and engage audiences.

Content Production: Create engaging short-form videos for TikTok/Instagram and adapt brand briefs into compelling content.
Independent Creation: Shoot and edit content using phone or camera with fast iteration.
Trend & Campaign Collaboration: Stay ahead of trends and partner with the team to shape content direction and campaigns.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Create engaging short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other social platforms
Create social media graphics
Turn trends, ideas, and brand briefs into compelling videos
Shoot and edit content independently (phone or camera)
Collaborate with the team on content direction and campaign ideas
Stay up to date with social media trends and suggest new content concepts

Requirements

Proven experience creating content (portfolio or social accounts required)
Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and short-form video trends
Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar)
Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented
English proficiency for team communication
