Responsibilities

• Perform various administrative and clerical tasks to support the back office operations
• Maintain accurate records and files
• Handle data entry and ensure data integrity
• Assist with proofreading and editing documents
• Manage phone calls and provide excellent phone etiquette
• Coordinate appointments and meetings using Outlook Calendar
• Support the team with general clerical duties

Requirements

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
• Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent proofreading and editing skills
• Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Preferred)
• Microsoft Powerpoint: 1 year (Preferred)
