Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Content Production: Shoot and edit high-quality video content, capture photography, and design graphics tailored for our key social platforms.
  • Strategy & Planning: Maintain a consistent content calendar and collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with broader company campaigns.
  • Community Management: Actively engage with our followers, respond to comments, and foster a thriving online community.
  • Copywriting: Write compelling, on-brand social media captions that resonate with our target audience.
  • Trend Spotting: Stay up-to-date on digital trends, viral audio, and platform updates to keep our brand relevant and agile.
  • Analytics: Track content performance, report on key metrics (engagement rate, reach, conversion), and adjust strategies based on data.

Requirements

  • Experience: Experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing is preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut) and graphic design (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
  • Platform Expertise: Deep understanding of the algorithms, formats, and best practices for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Portfolio: A strong portfolio or links to active social media accounts demonstrating your ability to create engaging digital content.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, a strong eye for visual aesthetics, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms like Mailchimp or Klaviyo.
  • Experience with social media scheduling tools like Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or Later.
