Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop and manage a monthly content calendar and posting schedule for Instagram and Facebook to support Simple Body’s aesthetic and growth goals.
Create Reels, carousels, and static posts aligned with the brand and execute copy that educates, connects, and drives action.
Collaborate with the founder on launches, campaigns, and brand direction to ensure consistent storytelling.
Grow followers and engagement through strategic content, community engagement, and regular, data-informed presence.
Shoot product and lifestyle content as needed and maintain a cohesive visual language.
Track performance monthly and adjust content strategy based on platform analytics and engagement windows.

Requirements

2+ years of social media management experience specifically within the beauty, skincare, or wellness industry
Proven track record of growing an engaged following
Portfolio and analytics required
Proficiency in content creation tools such as CapCut, Adobe Express, Canva, or Lightroom
Strong working knowledge of Instagram and Facebook algorithms, posting cadence, and engagement best practices
Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to match and maintain a brand voice
Experience managing a content approval process and meeting deadlines independently
Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and planning skills

Bonus: Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, or integrated email and social campaigns
