Responsibilities

• Host engaging, interactive TikTok Live sessions regularly
• Build and maintain strong relationships with our community
• Think fast and keep the conversation going with enthusiasm and humor
• Boost live viewership, follower count, and engagement through authentic connection
• Respond to comments in real time and keep the vibe positive and welcoming
• Promote our brand/products naturally during lives without being too “salesy”
• Collaborate with the content team on trends and live stream ideas
• Encourage community participation through games, Q&As, and shout-outs
• Stay consistent with streaming schedule and help grow a loyal fanbase
• Create content that builds stories around the brand.

Requirements

• Outgoing, friendly, and talkative personality
• Comfortable on camera and confident speaking to a live audience
• Creative thinker with a love for social media trends, especially TikTok
• Strong community-builder mindset—you love people!
• Dependable and consistent with time management
• Experience in livestreaming or content creation is a big plus

Preferred

• Familiarity with TikTok algorithms and features
• Ability to multitask and moderate chat while hosting
