Job Summary

Own the content ecosystem for a multi-brand health network, balancing creator-ready assets with brand voice and SEO driven optimization.

  • Content Engine: Own website, landing pages, service pages, and Google Business Profiles with consistent voice and alignment to launches and promotions.
  • Channel Content: Lead social, blog, email, and print assets, plus short-form video scripts for patient-facing and internal training use.
  • Measurement & Optimization: Track engagement, repurpose content across formats, and report on overall marketing performance to steer growth ideas.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage content for websites, landing pages, and service pages across all brands
  • Write, schedule, publish social media posts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Business)
  • Develop blog articles, health tips, and educational posts tailored to each brand's audience
  • Write and deploy weekly branded email communications across all brands — including newsletters, patient engagement campaigns, and promotional sends
  • Manage and update Google Business Profiles across all locations — posts, Q&A, and service descriptions
  • Write and maintain provider bios, staff spotlights, and team page content
  • Perform basic SEO tasks — keyword research, meta descriptions, and title tag optimization for web pages
  • Write scripts for short-form patient-facing videos and explainer content
  • Write scripts for internal training videos
  • Develop content for PowerPoint presentations — decks for internal use, patient education, and leadership/stakeholder purposes
  • Write and organize copy for fliers, brochures, and other print or digital marketing collateral
  • Coordinate with the content calendar manager and internal teams to align on launches, events, and promotions
  • Maintain consistent brand voice across all platforms and deliverables
  • Track content performance and suggest improvements based on engagement data
  • Repurpose long-form content into short-form social assets and vice versa
  • Coordinate with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results.
  • Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance.
  • Work with team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
