Job Summary

Own hands-on content creation for business visuals, from photography and interview-style video to short-form social formats, with in-person shoots in Fairfax and fast delivery to support marketing campaigns.

Content Creation & Editing: Capture headshots, film and edit interview-style videos, and edit for pacing and brand consistency.
Social Short-form Content: Develop reels and platform-native video formats for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, etc., aligned with current trends.
Asset Delivery & Collaboration: Organize final assets, deliver on schedule, and partner with the marketing team to execute content strategies.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Capture headshots and team photos
Film and edit interview-style videos
Create short-form social media content and trending video formats
Develop engaging reels and promotional video content
Edit footage with attention to pacing, storytelling, and brand consistency
Organize and deliver final assets on schedule
Collaborate with our marketing team to execute content strategies

Requirements

Experience with photography and videography
Strong video editing skills (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar)
Ability to create modern, engaging content for social media platforms
Understanding of current social media trends and short-form video formats
Reliable transportation for local content shoots in Fairfax, VA
Strong communication and time-management skills
