Job Description

Responsibilities

Visit job sites and active projects to capture photo and video content
Document before, during, and after transformations
Shoot short-form videos, progress updates, and behind-the-scenes footage
Capture high-quality images of craftsmanship, materials, and finished work
Create social-first content for Instagram, TikTok, and Stories
Help brainstorm content ideas around home improvement, outdoor living, and builds
Organize and submit media after each shoot day
Collaborate with our team on content planning and posting schedules

Requirements

Strong interest in content creation (photo + video)
Comfortable being on construction sites and around active projects
Able to capture content using an iPhone or camera
Reliable and punctual for scheduled site visits
Strong communication skills
Detail-oriented with an eye for quality and aesthetics

Preferred

Basic editing skills (CapCut, InShot, Premiere, etc.)
Experience creating social media content
Interest in construction, real estate, or outdoor living
Understanding of Instagram/TikTok trends
