Responsibilities

• Create scroll stopping short form video content for PowerV's TikTok and Instagram channels
• Develop hooks, formats, and content angles with real viral potential
• Film and edit videos using CapCut, InShot, or similar
• Stay on top of beauty TikTok trends and bring weekly content ideas
• Engage with our community (comments, DMs, lives)
• Work directly with the founder to test, iterate, and learn what actually moves the needle

Requirements

• Anyone can apply.
• You do not need previous content creation experience.
• A real willingness to learn and move fast
• Great storytelling instincts. You know how to make people stop scrolling and actually feel something
• Witty, quick, and sharp. You know how to grab attention in the first 3 seconds
• A pulse on what's working in 2027.
• You understand where short form content is heading, not where it was
• The ability to drive authentic, punchy, scroll stopping content that doesn't feel like an ad
• Obsession with TikTok and Instagram. You scroll for "research"
• PowerV culture fit: Taste, voice, and storytelling matter more than follower count or resume.

Preferred

• Love for skincare or beauty is a big plus, not a requirement.
