Requirements

• Social Authority: You already know how to build a crowd. You have a following of 50k to 100k+ with the engagement to prove it. People listen when you speak.
• NYC Native/Local: You live for the Manhattan energy and are ready to create daily from our HQ.
• The "It Factor": You have a "perfect" speaking presence, a premium aesthetic, and an intuitive grasp of what's trending before it actually trends.
• Strategic Mindset: You don't just make "pretty" videos; you make content that converts and builds authority.
