Own end-to-end short-form videos (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) and posting cadence.
Must-have: proven content creation with samples and TikTok/Reels proficiency.
Standout: develop affiliate partnerships and micro-influencer networks to drive sales.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Create short-form videos (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts)
Post content consistently
Understand hooks, storytelling, and viral formats
Turn content into SALES (not just views)
Reach out to small influencers and build affiliate partnerships

Requirements

You have created content before (show us your work)
You understand TikTok / Reels
You are fast, creative, and consistent

Preferred

Experience with affiliate marketing
