Own and execute a national consumer marketing strategy to position PureWay as the category leader in home sharps disposal, driving acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Lead omni-channel campaigns across paid search, SEO, social, email, content, video, and influencer partnerships.
Build a nationally recognizable brand and create educational campaigns to simplify safe sharps disposal.

Responsibilities

What you will do:
Consumer Growth Strategy
Develop and execute a national consumer marketing strategy.
Build awareness around safe home sharps disposal.
Position PureWay as the trusted national leader in consumer sharps mail-back.
Drive measurable consumer acquisition, engagement, utilization, and retention.
Brand & Category Development
Create a nationally recognized consumer brand.
Develop messaging that changes consumer behavior.
Build educational campaigns that simplify safe sharps disposal.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (MBA preferred).
12+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience.
7+ years leading high-performing marketing teams.
Demonstrated success growing consumer-facing businesses.
Experience building national marketing strategies.
Strong analytical and performance marketing expertise.
Experience owning significant marketing budgets.
Exceptional executive communication and leadership skills.
