Responsibilities

• Build the CardNexus community.
• Lead daily conversations on Discord and social platforms.
• Create recurring rituals, formats, and community moments.
• Engage with players, collectors, and sellers across TCGs.
• Be the recognizable voice of CardNexus in the community.
• Surface insights and feedback to the product team.
• Expand beyond Discord (Twitter/X, Instagram, TikTok, Newsletter, etc.).
• Use the newsletter to highlight new features and drive product adoption.
• Test formats and iterate based on engagement.
• Adapt content to each platform’s culture.

Requirements

• Proven experience in community management or similar role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Fluent in English and French (required)
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously

Preferred

• Working experience in gaming or collectibles communities
• Existing network in the TCG ecosystem
• Experience with Discord community management
• Content creation experience (video, social, editorial)
• Comfortable appearing on camera for community content (videos, livestreams, tutorials, or event coverage)
• Startup experience
• Event or community activation experience
