Responsibilities

• Build and maintain referral partnerships with hospitals, physicians, rehabilitation centers, assisted living communities, case managers, hospices, senior communities, social workers, and community organizations.
• Conduct outside marketing visits, relationship-building meetings, presentations, networking events, health fairs, lunch-and-learns, and outreach activities.
• Identify new referral opportunities and promote Milenis Home Care’s private-duty and holistic home care services.
• Generate qualified referrals, support a smooth admissions process, keep accurate CRM notes and activity reports, and represent the company with professionalism, empathy, initiative, and accountability.

Requirements

• Strong communication, networking, follow-up, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Reliable transportation, a valid driver license, and active automobile insurance are required.

Preferred

• Business development in home care, senior living, referral marketing, community outreach, or sales experience is strongly preferred.
• Digital marketing or social media experience is a plus.
