Support community outreach for Homestead Village Assisted Living by building relationships, coordinating events, and guiding family and resident engagement.

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with community partners and residents and their families.
  • Manage the community's social media platforms to increase engagement and awareness.
  • Family liaison before and after leasing. Controlling handoff, following up post-move-in, ensuring everything is taken care of with unit. Following up timely with families and residents on issues. Ensuring maintenance log is current and being addressed.
  • Assist with coordinating events held by the community.
  • Support strategic planning efforts by analyzing community needs and developing targeted outreach plans.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on marketing initiatives to align messaging with organizational goals.
Requirements
  • Proven experience or a desire and ability to expand current knowledge in public relations, social media management, or community outreach roles.
  • Strong media relations skills with experience in public speaking and event organization.
  • Knowledge of marketing principles, social media marketing strategies, and fundraising techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with community partners.
  • Familiarity with data collection tools and budgeting processes related to community programs is advantageous.
