Drive community relations by planning outreach, partnerships, and events to serve local communities.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, organizing, and executing community outreach programs, events, and charitable initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community leaders, organizations, and key stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and actively participate in community events and engagement efforts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure community relations strategies align with company goals.
  • Monitor and respond to community feedback, inquiries, and opportunities.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify partnership opportunities and community needs.
  • Track, analyze, and report on community engagement metrics to measure impact.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Strong passion for community involvement and a solid understanding of community relations best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
