Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Speak with potential clients and seniors to provide information about home healthcare services and answer general questions.
  • Conduct outreach and follow-up calls with prospective clients, families, and community contacts.
  • Build relationships with senior centers, park districts, libraries, senior programs, and other local organizations to generate referrals and community partnerships.
  • Identify and develop new lead opportunities through community outreach and networking efforts.
  • Assist with organizing and attending senior events, health fairs, presentations, and community activities.
  • Create Facebook posts and assist with social media and marketing efforts to increase community engagement and awareness.
  • Maintain organized records of outreach activities, leads, contacts, and follow-ups using Excel and CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with management and office staff to support outreach goals and business growth.
  • Represent the agency professionally and compassionately within the community.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Comfortable speaking with seniors, families, and community organizations by phone and in person.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple tasks and follow-ups.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, CRM systems, social media platforms, and general administrative work preferred.
  • Previous experience in community outreach, customer service, healthcare, marketing, sales, or senior services is a plus.
  • Strong relationship-building and networking abilities.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Reliable transportation may be required for local community visits and events.

Preferred

  • Bilingual skills are a plus but not required.
