Job Summary

Own and manage field outreach to hospitals, rehab facilities, physician offices, and senior care partners, delivering referral materials, tracking visits, and attending events to build lasting relationships for HarborLight In-Home Care.

Develop and maintain a simple log of visits and follow-ups
Establish and expand professional networks with referral sources

Job Description

Responsibilities

Visit hospitals, rehab facilities, physician offices, assisted living communities, senior centers, and other referral sources.
Introduce HarborLight and build lasting professional relationships.
Deliver marketing materials and referral packets.
Maintain a simple log of visits and follow-ups.
Attend occasional networking and community events.

Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Organized, dependable, and able to work independently.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
Experience in healthcare, senior services, community outreach, or marketing is preferred.
