Job Summary

Own field outreach to build a local Therma Haus network and drive new customers through partnerships and in-person events.

  • Field outreach and remote channels to generate leads and awareness.
  • Partnership development with local businesses, clubs, studios, and offices to drive new customers.
  • Track outreach and leads to inform next steps and pipeline decisions.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Visit apartment communities throughout RiNo and the surrounding Denver area.
  • Build relationships with leasing offices and property managers.
  • Secure permission to display Therma Haus flyers in elevators, lobbies, and community spaces.
  • Follow up to ensure flyers are posted and maintained.
  • Coordinate resident appreciation events and wellness pop-ups at apartment communities.
  • Set up booths at apartment events and community gatherings.
  • Introduce Therma Haus to local businesses, run clubs, yoga studios, gyms, sports clubs, corporate offices, and other organizations that would benefit from sauna and cold plunge recovery.
  • Create partnerships that generate new customers.
  • Track your outreach and the leads you generate.
  • Some work can be done remotely; use Instagram, email, or phone outreach before visiting when appropriate.
